Beware The Banshee
Beware the wandering Wilas
The woman of the fairy mound
The bean nighe will send you chills
From the lament of their sound
A legend in a white dress
A demon with red hair
Death is what they sense
The folk from the isle that is fair
Milesian and Geraldines are the host
More Irish than Ireland is their claim
Shrieks that shatter glass is a boast
Very fiery but, can be tamed
Lost and wandering in the isle of green
Remember they don’t mean no harm
Lucky if you see the seldom seen
But, beware of their Banshee charm..
