Climate Change
I feel the change in the air and sea
Climate change bringing us to our knees
The islands will soon disappear
This is one of my greatest fears
Ice caps have gone into the sea
Let’s stop the power and the greed
We can do this without fraught
Let’s stop this mindless onslaught
“ The islanders need somewhere to stay
So, let’s keep their lives that way
The birds and animals deserve to grow
Let’s reap what we can sow”
The forests have all but gone
Let’s replant and build upon
The oceans and seas are rising
Let’s stop the tide from coming in
The culprits of the smoky zone
Need stripping and sending home alone
We can do this as a team
Let’s start to make the World clean

Our kids need this to work
So let’s perform and not shirk
For the planet to be great again
We need to stick to a plan
So, let’s join the world as one
and climate change will soon be gone

and plant atop their barren ground..,
